NASA & ELON MUSK SEND A ROCKET INTO SPACE Yes, a rocket went into space at 3:22 p.m. on Saturday, May 30th on it’s second attempt after the original launch was scratched over weather concerns. It was the first space crew launched, departing American soil in almost a decade, a combined effort between NASA and Elon Musk’s SpaceX.

“This is everything America has to offer in its purest form,” NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine said after the launch. “Times are tough right now. But I hope this moment in time is an opportunity for everybody to reflect on humanity and what we can do when we work together.”

They arrived safely at the International Space Station and joined the three other astronauts already there. Newly arrived Astronauts Behnken and Hurley will be there one to four months, depending on the needs of the mission.

LOUISIANA HIT WITH TROPICAL STORM Usually when there is a hurricane or even a tropical storm, the media covers it 24/7. Not in this case. Tropical Storm Cristobal hit the Gulf Coast on Monday, June 8th, pummeling the Louisiana shoreline and there is an estimated $150 million in damages

People are starting to pay a little more attention to it now because it’s marching into the midwest and merging with another storm which has led to predictions of high winds, storms and tornadoes.

Two Louisiana boaters were lucky to have been found alive after their vessel sank during the tropical storm, clutching to life jackets overnight.

ASTEROID COMES “CLOSE” TO EARTH An asteroid raced past our planet on Saturday, June 6th but luckily it was still about 4.6 million miles away. Not too much to worry about but 2029 might be a different story.

On April 15, 2029, there will be another asteroid coming, this time only a few thousand miles away from our atmosphere. It’s called “Apophis” and it’s over 1,000 feet across. It will be big enough and close enough to see with the naked eye so if you’re still around in 2029, get a lawn chair and some popcorn.

D-DAY D-Day is the same time every year but got little attention in 2020 with all the George Floyd coverage, even among the conservative news outlets.

D-Day is an observance of the United States military landing in Normandy, France on June 6th, 1944. American soldiers and other allied forces fought together to end World War II in Europe. The battle in Normandy lasted from June 1944 to August 1944 and resulted in the allied liberation of Western Europe from Nazi Germany control. It would have been nice to see a little more coverage of this anniversary in the media.

W.HO. PUBLICLY ADMITS THEY’RE WRONG – AGAIN – AND THEN THEY CLARIFY THAT STATEMENT WHO, always a factual source of credible information, recently told everyone that they aren’t sure how often people who are infected with COVID-19 and lack symptoms can actually spread it to others. At first they said that it was “very rare” but then backtracked from there, saying it was a small group of studies and other information they were referring to. Apparently “very rare” doesn’t mean

“very rare.” They don’t know what they’re saying or doing. We already figured that out in the last few months.

SENATE CONFIRMS FIRST BLACK AIR FORCE CHIEF OF STAFF The Senate voted – unanimously – to make General Charles Q. Brown the Air Force’s 22nd Chief of Staff. He’s the first African-American to lead a U.S. military branch. In what would usually be a story that was on the news for days, the liberal media all but ignored racist Trump’s nominee for this position. President Trump tweeted that Brown’s confirmation was a “historic day in America.” Apparently, CNN and their other leftist friends don’t really think so.

ROD ROSENSTEIN CONFIRMS THE RUSSIA HOAX IS A HOAX During testimony at a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Rosenstein admitted that by August of 2017 was no evidence that the Trump campaign had colluded with Russians to sabotage the 2016 election. Gee, why did the investigation go on for another year-and-a half then? Oh yeah… it’s because the democrats had to continue their coup against Trump.

And now you know…the rest of the stories.
