Marshall Mega-Site battle. The Committee for Marshall – Not the Megasite is now in the Michigan Court of Appeals and will have an expedited hearing likely in early May or June. W hat has been going on since June of last year, including the effort to replace Marshall Township Board and City of Marshall Council members.
