Here are three big Things you need to know right now—

 

ONE— Ford Motor Company is shutting down plants across North America—and the problem continues to be the shortage of computer chips—and it will impact the nation—

 

TWO— Mark Zuckerberg is threatening to pull Facebook and Instagram— from Europe—I guess he is really having a bad week and a great big temper tantrum—

 

THREE— It is a Great Day for America! The cancel culture has finally met its match—

 

A Comedian—WWE announcer—sitcom actor and now the host of the #1 podcast in the world—Joe Rogan was not cancelled despite the very best smear jobs by the progressive mob—

 

Rogan brought on the attacks from the left because of some reckless conversations he had during the early years of his podcast the Joe Rogan experience—where he used the N-word on multiple occasions—never directed at anyone—but in conversations where others had used it—or it was referenced— Nonetheless—some fringe left groups thought they had all they needed to get him kicked off Spotify—

 

They were wrong—very wrong—

 

Rogan signed a deal with Spotify in 2020—for $100 million dollars and his ratings on his podcast—dwarf the likes of CNN and MSNBC—those fringe networks have also been among the loudest critics and among those demanding he be cut by Spotify or there would be a price to pay—

 

But Rogan—reading the room—issued a video apology over the weekend—and it was enough to pacify the powers that be—he also agreed to pare out some of his episodes—about 100 in all—but by doing so—the CEO of Spotify said Rogan will remain on the platform and will not be silenced—

 

It was a great victory for Free Speech—because lets be perfectly clear on this ok? The 1st Amendment is designed to protect offensive speech, hate speech, racially charged comments, vulgar language, anti religious remarks and all the other things you may or may not be able to stand—BUT that is the point—

 

The 1st Amendment was not written to protect happy speech—I mean we don’t need it for that—we need the 1st Amendment to allow Joe Rogan—and anyone else to say whatever the hell they want—and if that offends you—well too damned bad—

 

If I say something that offends you—change the channel—and do something else—BUT remember—it is the robust and free exchange of ideas that this nation was built on—and I for one will never allow the cancel culture to thrive in any way—

 

And though I found some satisfaction in Whoopi Goldberg getting tossed for her utterly stupid remarks about the Holocaust—I don’t think she should be silenced—she should be shamed and ridiculed—but that is part of the process of purifying the conversation—

 

We cannot get to the best answer if we don’t sift through a lot of crap along the way—that is the point of the 1st Amendment—let everyone talk—and then let everyone decide where they stand—

 

Silencing people has no place in America—AND that is the lesson that has to be driven home to the progressives—that we Americans—we believe in Freedom of speech and expression and of the press—we believe in the right to assemble—something the Canadians might want to look into these days—we believe in the right for a redress of grievances with our government—and we believe in the right to defend ourselves and our families in any way we see fit—

 

So today is a great day for America—I have only heard Joe Rogan a few times—hes interesting—but he isn’t the guy I would go to for advice on most things—BUT hey that’s why I am launching my own podcast with Ivey in a few more days—because that’s what American’s can do—

 

If you don’t like it—offer something different—Ok—I will—

 

Oh and a couple more things for the fringe left— that has finally tasted what defeat tastes like—you should get ready to taste a lot more of that bitterness—because Freedom loving Americans are sick and tired of you and your cancel culture—we will be cancelling you at the ballot box on November 8th—Why? BECAUSE WE ARE WINNING—

 

And last—for Joe Rogan—not only did Spotify not cancel him—he was offered another $100 million dollars from Rumble—that’s right—a tasty $100 million to keep speaking his mind and having conversations that make progressives cry like babies!
