One— It appears Senator Joe Manchin has climbed on board the Crazy train—with Bernie Sanders at the wheel—and is ready now to spend well above what he said was fiscal insanity just days ago—

 

Now he is signaling—that he may agree to spend $1.9 Trillion or more—which is well above the $1.5 Trillion that he said was the most he would ever agree to spend—
