—Here are 3 big things you need to know—
Three— The United States will require air passengers traveling from the United Kingdom to provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of departure beginning Monday. The move comes as a growing number of countries banned British travelers amid the rapid spread of a new variant of coronavirus in London and elsewhere.
Two— A 37-year-old military member is facing charges of murder after a shooting rampage at a bowling alley bar in Rockford, Illinois. Duke Webb is being held without bond on three counts each of first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder in Saturday’s attack that left three people dead and three others injured.
And number one— President Trump has signed a $900 billion COVID-19 relief package, despite that video message he posted to social media days earlier in which he called the bipartisan legislation a “disgrace.” The bill will restore unemployment benefits, stop evictions, provide rental assistance, add money for PPP, add substantially more money for vaccine distribution, and much more.
