Two— A Federal tax judge allowed the whistleblower case against the Clinton Foundation go forward—Judge David Gustafson flatly denied an IRS motion for summary judgement—saying in black and white terms—the agency has already abused its discretion in the case already—

 

One— Judge Amy Coney Barrett was in the spotlight once again on Tuesday in her confirmation hearings in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee— predictably enough—Democrats spent a tremendous amount of time talking about a host of things that have nothing at all to do with Judge Barrett—
