David Safavian is General Counsel for the American Conservative Union.

 

Last week, President Trump pardoned David Safavian who had severed a year in prison on politically motivated charges. Since his released David has been working to enact meaningful criminal justice reform, including working with the White House and Congress to pass the First Step Act. He continues to fight in Washington DC and in state capitals across the country for sensible and needed reforms.
