Devin Hutchings is the President & COO at the Eisenhower Center based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Eisenhower Center is a neurorehabilitation residential and outpatient facility for individuals living with TBI’s, ABI’s, and spinal cord injuries. The program specializes in behavioral health and behavioral modification for those patients as well as those living with mental and emotional health issues.
