Since (as of the writing of this article) we currently have no Speaker of the House and you don’t have to be a member of the House of Representatives to be nominated, I have come up with some names that should be considered for the position to be second in line for the presidency.
I feel really really really sorry for the member-elects in the House of Representatives who have had to show up IN PERSON to do their job and vote for a Speaker of the House over and over again.
For the most part, I am “all-in” with the Freedom Caucus and what they stand for – and I’m on their side in not voting for Kevin McCarthy as the new Speaker of the House.
