On Thursday, as her party appeared on the verge of defeat in the Senate impeachment trial, Rep. Nancy Pelosi argued that Pres. Trump “cannot be acquitted” if the trial lacks the witness testimony and documentation that Democrats have been seeking.

Ah, it never fails. Democrats always want it “both ways” when it comes to legal issues. It’s only Pelosi’s opinion, which bears no legal significance at all. An acquittal is exactly an exoneration that is valid and satisfies the constitutional commitment by all of Congress. Impeachment was only a ploy to (don’t laugh) to win Congressional seats and satisfy the uber Liberal base, both of which will fail.

The House Democrats had their witnesses – 17 or 18 of them. This trial has been more than fair to them. Everyone is getting so tired of their games.

The acquittal will be valid, no new witnesses or documents will be permitted. John Roberts has to put his foot down and declare an end to the impeachment trial, and order the Democrats not to pursue any other impeachment plans. No more bites at the apple.

If you were brought into court on bogus, flimsy charges, and the judge threw out your case because the allegations were false, you would not even get the point if witnesses. And you would rightly be able to say that you were not guilty. Pelosi is showing her bitterness and signs of decline.

Pelosi is doing is trying to give her fans hope JUST In case they do claim witnesses she’ll say we forced them to. This is also her way of saying once Democrats fail that it was the reason their farce failed. She knows they lost and is pre-emptively putting out false information to suit her cause.

Technically the Senate has no obligation to have a single witness come forward. The democrats did a garbage job in the house because they knew they didn’t have the goods to produce an impeachable offense. The Republicans should have stopped this thing in its tracks as soon as it hit the Senate.

Democrats declared the 2016 Presidential Election invalid when their candidate lost it. The purpose of elections and trials is to win! When you don’t win, investigations, elections, and trials are a big waste of time and money.

England has its House of Lords; we have the Senate. There is the House of Commons also in England, which is the Mob, and in the US, we have the House of Representatives, which again is the Mob, but they are our Mob, and we are responsible for their actions, sadly. The Mob is no contest for the Lords, Game Over.
