—Here are 3 big things you need to know—
 
One —  President Biden is defending his mental fitness after a report by the Justice Department that claimed he’s a senior citizen with not a great memory.  Last night, Biden disputed that accusation, adding “I know what the hell I am doing.”
 
Two—   Michigan’s safe storage gun law will take effect February 13. It was among several gun control bills signed by Governor Whitmer last year and requires gun owners with children in the home to have guns locked in a gun safe or with a cable lock. They also have to be locked up if children visit the home. The bills were passed after the Oxford High School shooting and the Michigan State University shooting.
 
And number three — Former President Trump won the Republican caucuses in Nevada in a landslide just hours after he also secured a victory in the US Virgin Islands caucuses.  Trump didn’t face any major competition in Nevada, as former US Ambassador Nikki Haley chose to compete in Nevada’s primary on Tuesday.
