—Here are 3 big things you need to know—

 

One — The House Ways and Means Committee is approving a motion to release Trump’s tax returns to the House of Representatives.  The move will clear the way for the materials to be made public, although it is unknown when they will be seen.  Personal information will be redacted from the documents.

Two— Nearly 140-thousand Chevrolet Bolt electric cars are being recalled in the U.S. and Canada. General Motors says the 2017 to 2023 model years Chevy Bolt hatchbacks have a seat belt issue that can cause a fire. GM says in rare cases, the fire can be started by exhaust gases that can come in contact with carpet fibers.

 

And number three— A major snowstorm is expected to wallop the Midwest this week ahead of the holidays.  Triple-A reports over 112-million people are expected to travel more than 50 miles from home during the period from Friday through January 2nd.  The winter weather conditions will start tomorrow and will strengthen throughout the week.
