Three—  There’s a new effort to end the travel mask mandate before it expires next month.  Twenty-one states are suing so people no longer have to cover up on public transportation.  Florida is leading the charge, claiming the CDC never had the authority to issue the mandate.

Two— Attorney General Dana Nessel is partnering with the Federal Communications Commission in an investigation of robocalls. The plan establishes critical information sharing and cooperation structures to investigate spoofing and robocall scams. More than 20 states are taking part.

And number one— Russia is pledging to pull troops back from Ukraine’s capital and another city.  But President Biden says he’ll believe it when he sees it.  The Pentagon calls the move a repositioning, not a withdrawal.  Ukraine’s leader is just as skeptical, warning everyone to stay vigilant.
