THREE— The Great Lakes continue to freeze fast and the cold snap—is still here for a few more days it appears—with the lakes jumping from just around 10 percent frozen to more than a third—PLUS another big snow maker is on its way in today—

TWO— Students will be allowed to return to Michigan State starting now—after a very restrictive 2 week shutdown— BUT the new directives are a long way from normal—when will that return? Nobody knows for sure
