Three—  Michigan added 7,592 more coronavirus cases and 134 deaths Thursday as infections surged across the nation. Of Thursday’s deaths, 61 were identified during a delayed records review, the state said.

Two—We are closing in on three weeks since Election Day . A partial recount begins Friday in Wisconsin. State-level results must be certified there by Dec. 1. In Georgia, the results of five million ballots that were recounted by hand over the past week will be certified on Friday, reaffirming President-elect Joe Biden as the winner by 12,284 votes. The Trump campaign is expected to ask for another recount.
