Dear Lord, this had to be terrifying.
At first, when I watched the video was I thinking, “Wow, these girls are totally unaffected by this big black bear sniffing and nuzzling them…” Then it dawned on me…They’re standing frozen for a reason…
Trust me, I am not a “nature girl,” so I don’t catch on very quickly.

But that “frozen” and “unaffected” demeanor is likely what kept these hikers safe, as the black bear was so interested in one hiker’s hair…he was sniffing and licking it….which of course led me to wonder if maybe this was actually Joe Biden in a bear suit?

This is why I don’t go hiking…well, there’s a lot of reasons why – most of all I am lazy – but this is a new reason why I won’t go hiking.
