CNN has been telling us for years now that walls are bad. Walls are racist. They’ve been telling us that walls don’t keep the bad guys out…so, why did they erect a “wall” around their corporate headquarters?

Well, according to reports, CNN did this because they keep getting attacked by rioters.

But wait…I thought CNN said the protests were “peaceful.”  How can “peaceful” people be attacking them?

So many questions, right? Nothing is adding up. It’s as if everything CNN has told us is a big fat lie…and that’s exactly what online Twitter users have been slamming them for now that pictures of their “wall” have made the rounds online:

“I thought the riots were peaceful, @brianstelter. Why the wall??”

“I thought @CNN was against walls and borders.”

“Has @Acosta weighed in on the @CNN border wall?”

“Why did CNN put up a fence outside its HQ? They kept insisting that it was a peaceful protest.”

“Lol. These people are burning down buildings and CNN thinks a chain link waist high fence is a deterrent. That pretty much sums up their total mental acuity. I’ve seen more robust “walls” at a kids petting zoo.”

“Shouldn’t they be building bridges instead?”

“CNN keeps reporters locked in cages”

You have to love the irony. Also, in “CHAZ” or “CHOP” or whatever the heck it’s called, they’ve also erected “border walls” and they’re deporting people too.
