Comedic actor Jim Carrey just showed once again that he possesses some of the worst anti-Trump sentiments in Hollywood when he pushed the outrageous conspiracy theory that Donald Trump may “defect” to Russia.

“Be wary of diplomatic missions to Moscow prior to the Nov elections,” tweeted Carrey. “Given the list of possible indictments he faces, Traitor Trump may be the first American President to defect.”

Carrey tweeted this alongside one of his bizarre new cartoons, this one showing Russian President Vladimir Putin holding the U.S. Air Force One airplane.

It should be noted that Carrey promised back in January that he would stop creating his disturbing anti-Trump cartoons, saying that he “didn’t bring that into 2020” with him. “I’ve said what I need to say, and I’ve allowed it to inhabit my body and cause whatever low vibrations do to a body,” Carrey said at the start of the year, according to Breitbart News. “You know, I sounded my yelp, I warned people, and that’s enough. They know how I feel.”

“So I’ll vote in November, and that’s that,” he added. “If the wheels come off the wagon completely, then I’ll meet them in the street. But I’m not going to waste another moment of my time with a narcissist, President…what’s his name again?”

Unfortunately, this did not last long, as Carrey returned to his old ways in March, when he tweeted a new Trump cartoon along with the caption, “Trump is willing to risk countless lives to save his economic record. He has fully become the mayor from Jaws.”

It’s truly sad and pathetic that Carrey has allowed his hatred for Trump to get this out of control.
