If you watch Fox News’ “Out Numbered” you’re familiar with Melissa Francis, who is a co-host on the hit afternoon show.
Francis, a New Yorker, was out on a stroll Sunday morning with her 4-year-old daughter when the two of them ran into a real horror show.
According to Francis, she and her daughter saw a half-naked man just walking the streets of New York as if he didn’t have a care in the world.

The problem with the “half-naked” part is that it was his bottom half wasn’t covered up.
Francis was so disgusted she snapped a pic of the man (from behind) and tweeted out a message to failed and disgraced Mayor Bill de Blasio.
Her tweet read: Sunday morning out with my 4 year old daughter. Naked man, penis flapping in the breeze. Great job.
She tagged Mayor de Blasio in the tweet.

New York has been run into the ground by Bill de Blasio.
His handling of COVID was atrocious and his handling of the riots was even worse if you can believe that one.
