As many Americans have concluded that COVID-19 was fake, made up, or an attempt to remove liberties of the citizens, Australia has taken the lead in seeking an independent investigation into the origin of the virus, and 60 nations have signed on to voice their support.
China is not on board with this decision and has threatened Australia with tariffs on their barley imports. The tension between the two countries also includes Australian support for Hong Kong protesters against China, which was happening before the coronavirus spread.
The United States hasn’t jumped on board as they reportedly want the measure to name Wuhan as where the virus began. This measure will be up for a vote on Tuesday at the World Health Assembly, where 194 nations vote. If it passes, an independent investigation will begin and hopefully have a report before the end of next year.
To date, 4.7 million have been infected with coronavirus globally, with over 300,000 dead. An additional 2.6 million are reportedly sick.

I love Australia, and I believe in their cause. However, it’s almost impossible to think any investigation would be truly independent. Too many vested interests. Any answers that are forthcoming from China will immediately be held up to ridicule. I doubt very much that we will never get to the bottom of the cause of it.

Let’s hope it is thorough, and the truth isn’t hidden for political reasons. Many have died because of this, and every person in this world deserves clear answers. The world needs to come together and boycott China, trade with the rest of the world and bring China to its knees, and hold the WHO to account also.
Humanity needs to know how this happened so that we can work together to prevent it from happening again. Only an inhumane dictatorship would oppose an inquiry.
