Gov. Cuomo said, “The bad news isn’t just bad. The bad news is terrible.” It makes a lot of sense to reduce the flags to half-mast to honor all the lives lost to the virus, because not only is it honoring those who died, the death toll has now risen past those who lost their lives during the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Cuomo cited Dr. Anthony Fauci when he said that felt the number of deaths would continue to rise as, citing a conversation. “The number of deaths will continue to rise as those hospitalized for a longer period of time pass away,” he said.

During his briefing, the Governor showed photos of New Yorkers fighting on the front lines who were also killed by the virus. He urged residents to continue practicing social distance guidelines.
“Be responsible because the life you risk might not be your own,” Cuomo said.
On a personal level, I have seen several false positives that were retested, and most were negative on retesting, the earlier tests data was left in place. Of course, personal observations do not rise to the level of scientific, but it does give cause to take note. There is also increasing evidence to suggest that the COVID 19 has been with us since November and as the test for COVID 19 antibodies is available across the population, we will have a better idea if the wool has been pulled.
There are a lot of other incidents that taken individually do not mean much. The difference between this and other conspiracy theories is that data can be developed, and some professionals want to examine the data.
