Chris Hayes is the host of a very low-rated TV show over at MSNBC.

He’s known for his glasses and his very hard-left progressive views.

So, it’s no surprise that Hayes was out hunting for things that could offend him…and of course, he found something.

Rep. Paul Gosar announced on Twitter that he was under a “self-quarantine” after coming in contact with a person at CPAC who tested positive for Coronavirus. Dr. Gosar used the term “Wuhan Virus,” which caused Hayes’ racist radar to go off. Here’s what Rep. Gosar said: “1. I am announcing that I, along with 3 of my senior staff, are officially under self-quarantine after sustained contact at CPAC with a person who has since been hospitalized with the Wuhan Virus. My office will be closed for the week.”

Chris Hayes’ response was to call Rep. Gosar a “racist.” He said: “Just astoundingly gross to call it the Wuhan Virus.”

It didn’t take long for the conservative calvary to arrive and give Chris a much-needed lesson in “disease names.”

“Is it, though? Ebola was named for a river in the Congo. Zika, for a forest in Uganda. Lyme disease for Lyme, Connecticut.”
