The Lindsay Clancy murder trial may be over for now, but the pro-Clancy circus still has closing arguments.

During the trial, Clancy supporters sat in the courtroom, some wearing pink – while others were outside waving signs as they rallied behind the Massachusetts mother who admitted killing her three children.

When the jury deadlocked 11-1 and a mistrial was declared, three female jurors took their grievances to television, criticizing prosecutors for lacking compassion and publicly unloading on the lone holdout juror. He was later revealed by one of the jurors to be the panel’s only Black member.

Meanwhile, some Clancy supporters on social media have turned their sights on her ex- husband, Patrick, blaming him for the murders committed by Lindsay. Patrick’s attorney has pushed back against misinformation circulating online.

And now the holdout juror is getting his turn at being a target.

NBC10 Boston has begun digging through his personal history, publishing allegations, court records and family details even as his identity remained officially shielded.

Apparently, disagreeing with the Clancy fan club – which now seems to include NBC10 Boston – comes with a background check and a public excavation of your personal life, just in case the next juror is thinking about having an unpopular opinion.
