The FBI just confirmed there were actual irregularities in the 2020 vote counts in Fulton County, Georgia – not just the usual armchair sleuth stuff that gets laughed off TikTok comment sections. This was the election, as you might remember, where Joe Biden was narrowly declared the winner over Donald Trump in Georgia by a little more than 11,700 votes.

According to Just the News, a freshly unsealed affidavit shows that federal agents told a court they’ve “substantiated” five categories of glitches in how ballots were handled and counted – and are now asking whether some of those hiccups might have been intentional.

No, this isn’t a late-night infomercial for another election-denier conspiracy theory. This is the FBI, in black-and-white court filings, saying there were confirmed irregularities in America’s elections and they’re serious enough to warrant federal investigation.

FBI Special Agent Hugh Raymond Evans said, “Some of those allegations have been disproven while some of those allegations have been substantiated, including through admissions by Fulton County. This warrant application is part of an FBI criminal investigation into whether any of the improprieties were intentional acts that violated federal criminal laws.”

Some of the irregularities that have shown up include ballots that had multiple scans and missing image records – stuff that looks downright amateur, sloppy, or worse – done on purpose.

But Georgia isn’t the only place turning up possible voting issues. Scroll through X and you’ll see things being discovered all over the place – from mismatched voter rolls and duplicate ballot concerns to issues concerning signature verification and chain-of-custody procedures.

The point isn’t that every viral post about election fraud equals proof. It’s that the blanket dismissals – the eye-rolls, the “nothing to see here” routine – are getting harder to maintain when federal agents themselves acknowledge substantiated irregularities in sworn affidavits.
