For all the talk about a “MAGA Supreme Court,” Democrats had plenty of reasons to smile this week as the justices wrapped up their term Tuesday. The biggest headline was the court refusing to let President Trump end birthright citizenship – something the Founders never meant to apply to illegal aliens who got welcomed through the border by scheming power-hungry Democrats.

Chief Justice John Roberts, joined by Trump appointee Amy Coney Barrett and the court’s liberal bloc, shut down Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship, with Justice Brett Kavanaugh also concluding the order couldn’t stand under federal law. That means that Congress could do something – but we all know that the spineless Republicans won’t do anything at all. They haven’t done ANYTHING except pass the Big Beautiful Bill since Trump won his second term. They are totally worthless.

Roberts wrote for the majority, sounding like a MoveOn press release saying that citizenship then and now, “was the right to have rights – to freely participate in our political community. The Framers of the Fourteenth Amendment extended that promise to ‘every free-born person in this land.’ We keep that promise today.” And yes, that right even applies to illegal aliens invading our country and having their kids here.

This will lead to more foreigners and communists like Zohran Mamdani taking over the country. Thanks Justices!

What exactly do Republicans get for appointing all these “conservative” justices? Not much when you throw in the decision to let election ballots come in after Election Day.

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

Yes, conservatives picked up a couple of wins over the past few days. The court upheld state bans on transgender athletes competing in girls’ and women’s sports and loosened campaign finance restrictions, giving candidates more control over outside spending. But those victories are little consolation while the court keeps handing Democrats wins on the issues that reshape the country for generations.
