For years, the Leftists have insisted President Donald Trump is massively hated and uniquely unpopular. But the numbers at the same point in his presidency as former presidents Obama and Bush tell a slightly different story – and it’s probably not one the mainstream media wants to headline.

According to polling averages compiled by RealClearPolitics, Trump’s approval rating roughly 60 weeks into his second term sits around 42.5%, which is about the same as former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush were at the same point in their second terms.

In fact, according to March 17 numbers, Trump is at 42.7%, Obama was at 42.9% and Bush 36.9%.

Yes, despite years of nonstop controversy, investigations, impeachments, indictments, assassination attempts and wall-to-wall criticism from legacy media, Trump’s numbers are holding steady with two modern presidents at the same stage of their second terms.

Not exactly the “historic collapse” Leftist commentators keep predicting (and hoping for). But that isn’t stopping them from trying to take him down as they have tried for the past 10+ years with their non-stop social media posts about Trump being a racist, xenophobe, and a Nazi. Now they are saying that he’s a rapist and a puppet of Israel.

Even though the Left and their new pals – fake and former MAGA folks like Marjorie Taylor Greene, Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, and Candace Owens – are trying to destroy MAGA with their anti-Trump and anti-Israel rants, they haven’t been able to bring down the president’s popularity.

Of course, don’t expect the nightly news to lead with this newly discovered polling news. It’s much easier to run the usual “Trump doom spiral” stories than explain why polling isn’t cooperating with their anti-Trump narrative.
