Democrats have unveiled their latest “reform” plan for immigration enforcement, and it reads less like oversight and more like a how-to guide for stopping ICE.

In a letter sent to Senate Republican Leader John Thune and House Speaker Mike Johnson, idiot New York Dems Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer demanded sweeping conditions on any future ICE funding— – onditions critics say would effectively neuter enforcement.

The demands include banning face coverings (so Dems can dox ICE agents), mandating name-and-number announcements mid-operation (so Dems can dox ICE agents), restricting enforcement near an ever-expanding list of “sensitive locations” (so that illegal aliens know they can hide in medical facilities, schools, child-care facilities, churches, polling places, courts, etc.), requiring states’ permission for large operations (which Dem governors will NEVER give), and letting states sue the feds if they don’t like how immigration law is enforced (this will be every case that happens.) Body cameras? Yes – but only with strict limits to ensure that ICE agents don’t accidentally document anything or anyone that’s politically inconvenient.

This isn’t reform. It’s dismantlement of ICE by paperwork. Democrats insist these are “common sense” guardrails. They are not.

Critics say that when enforcement agents can’t mask up, move freely, or act decisively, Dems are not “reforming” ICE – they’re unplugging it.
