In yet another episode of You Can’t Make This Up, illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia is out posting TikTok videos – complete with music, swagger, and an audience – while the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sits muzzled under a federal gag order as they fight to deport the illegal alien to El Salvador.

Yep, the guy at the center of a high-profile immigration saga is racking up views and followers on social media, all while DHS officials are forbidden from saying a word about him in public – even though they just did: DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin took to X to say, “So we, at (DHS), are under gag order by an activist judge and Kilmar Abrego Garcia is making TikToks. American justice ceases to function when its arbiters silence law enforcement and give megaphones to those who oppose our legal system.”

Garcia is an “undocumented immigrant” that Democrats have gotten very emotional about – not because he’s curing cancer or tutoring kids, but because he’s reportedly racked up a list of alleged criminal encounters that immigration officials say should’ve earned him a one-way ticket out of the country as an alleged human, drug and weapons trafficker. But Democrats are anti-ICE no matter what – even over a guy who allegedly beat his wife.

According to court records and media reports, Garcia has been linked to alleged violent activity and possible gang ties – yet instead of deportation, he’s become the poster child for selective outrage. Democrats now insist this is the one guy who absolutely must stay in the country, regardless of his record, the allegations, or how many red flags come stapled to his name.

And now that he’s out on bail, he has decided to use his celebrity, doing TikToks that feature him lip- syncing to Spanish-language songs in a suburban backdrop. He currently has 124K followers (idiots).

The song featured in the video that Garcia is lip-synching to is a Christian worship song called “Himno de Victoria” (“Hymn of Victory”). It centers on faith, perseverance, and trusting God during moments of hardship.

Meanwhile, the federal government is mostly on mute like it lost the remote. DHS can’t say a word, can’t explain a thing because of the activist judge.
