Just like I told you yesterday, the latest attempt by Democrats to smear President Trump with anything connected to disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is collapsing—spectacularly.

House Republicans released a memo outlining how Democrats cherry-picked and twisted evidence in yet another “get Trump” operation. Out of roughly 23,000 documents handed over by the Epstein estate, Democrats selectively leaked just three emails—complete with redactions that muddied the waters for the public. They even obscured the name of Virginia Giuffre and her accusations against Prince Andrew.

Republicans also accuse Democrats of leaking only the pages of Epstein’s infamous “birthday book” that mention Trump—while leaving out notes involving Bill Clinton and other high-profile figures. At the same time, Oversight Committee Democrats have refused to help bring the Clintons in for questioning, despite subpoenas already issued.

Today, the House votes on releasing the full trove of DOJ files on Epstein. On Sunday, Trump urged Republicans to vote yes, arguing the public needs closure so the country can move on.

While we wait for that vote, I want to make one thing unmistakably clear: I don’t need the left—or the D.C. Republican establishment—to tell me what I believe.
Here’s what I know to be true:

1. America must be self-reliant.

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

By completing the poll, you agree to receive emails from SteveGruber.com, occasional offers from our partners and that you've read and agree to our privacy policy and legal statement.

We should never depend on foreign nations for energy, protection, or basic supply and demand needs. America is strongest when we build, produce, and protect right here at home—America First, plain and simple. That’s why I like what we’re seeing on the energy front, and Energy Secretary Chris Wright explains why Trump’s independence from special interests matters.

2. America must put America first.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. Our government must prioritize American citizens before it sets out to fix the world.

Vice President J.D. Vance understands the struggles of working-class America—because he comes from it. He knows why so many Americans are fed up.

3. America must stay out of endless foreign conflicts.

We’re not the world’s ATM or ammunition depot, and we shouldn’t behave like it.

4. No foreign aid until every single veteran at home is cared for first.

5. Legal immigration makes America stronger.

But if your first act in this country is breaking the law, you’re not starting off as a model citizen.

6. I don’t hate people who disagree with me.

The left wants you to believe conservatives are bigots, homophobes, or extremists. But here’s the truth: marry who you want—I may not agree, but it’s not my place to judge. That job belongs to a higher power.

As a Christian, my faith shapes my worldview. The Bible has been the best-selling book in history for many reasons—one being the clarity it gives to life’s purpose and values.
7. Men are men and women are women.

Changing hormones or undergoing surgery does not rewrite biological truth. Bathrooms, locker rooms, and private spaces should reflect that reality. This shouldn’t be controversial. And yet, watch what happens in California when artist Tish Hyman—who is black, lesbian, and unapologetically honest—shares her story about being assaulted in a women’s locker room by a man identifying as a woman. She presses State Senator Scott Wiener to protect women.

Wiener, who has long pushed for men to enter women’s spaces, offered nothing but a non-answer. His language—tossing around “trans women,” “women,” and “cis-gender women”—highlights the absurdity. We have these terms because transgender women are not women, no matter how loudly activists shout.

California may be too deep into the ideological abyss, but the rest of America still recognizes reality. We just need more people willing to say it out loud.
8. Schools are for education—not indoctrination.

Kids should learn reading, math, science, and history, not political propaganda. They shouldn’t be told they’re “born in the wrong body” or pushed toward gender confusion.
Real reform starts by returning control of education to states and parents. And the data proves the urgency:

The latest National Assessment of Educational Progress shows reading, math, and science scores at historic lows—with no meaningful post-pandemic recovery. Nearly 70% of fourth and eighth graders, and nearly 80% of high school seniors, are performing below proficiency.

Federal intervention has poured more than $3 trillion into K–12 schools since 1979—and achievement continues to fall.

States that charted their own course tell a different story. Massachusetts rejected federal overreach in 1993, setting high standards and demanding accountability. Within a decade, fourth-grade reading jumped nearly two full grade levels. Texas and Florida saw major gains when they expanded school choice, while D.C. and Chicago—despite spending $20,000+ per student—remained stuck.

Education isn’t just about numbers. It’s about restoring pride, patriotism, and truth. Here’s how the former director of Oklahoma’s Department of Education explains it.

9. America is in a mental health crisis.

Mental health care matters—and it’s been ignored for too long. Solving it will take strong communities, faith, a healthy economy, and a government that serves people instead of performing for cameras.

If you want to stop school shootings, address the mental health crisis—you don’t take away the rights of law-abiding citizens.

10. Guns aren’t the problem—people are.

Gun control doesn’t work. D.C. and Chicago have both tried banning guns, and each time murder rates climbed.

Dr. John Lott’s research shows the pattern repeats abroad.

A responsibly armed society is a safe society. Firearms are a constitutional right—and a serious personal responsibility.

I’m a conservative because I believe in faith, family, freedom, and personal responsibility. I don’t want a government that micromanages my life. I want a government that secures our borders, protects our rights, strengthens our families, honors our veterans, and then steps aside so Americans can thrive.

We are strongest when America takes care of America first—when our children learn truth, when our communities value responsibility, and when we remember the ideals that built this nation.

God Bless America.
