First, the scenario: A Democratic activist (Barbara Wien) allegedly posted flyers with Stephen Miller’s home address and a big red circle/slash saying “NO NAZIS IN NOVA.” Miller is President Trump’s White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy.

Then the FBI comes knocking for the activist’s phone, suspecting a broader network. Surprise twist: A judge – plus the local prosecutor – blocked the FBI from getting what they needed.

Why? Because they’re Democrats.

Virginia-based Magistrate Judge Lindsey Vaala had previously donated to Barack Obama and Joe Biden before receiving her judicial appointment. The prosecutor, Dehghani-Tafti’s, social media has come under scrutiny for posting criticism of both President Trump and Miller, and for following the same activist group connected to Wien.

It’s the same playbook happening everywhere. If Trump is involved, Democrats will do whatever it takes to keep him, his team, and his supporters sidelined – even if it stirs up tension or invites the risk of conflict.

Wien even made threatening gestures towards Miller’s wife that have been seen in a video. This was on September 11th, a day after Charlie Kirk’s assassination. Miller, like many others in the Trump circle, moved to to D.C.-area military housing in October to be safe.

The bottom line: If the “justice” scale tips based on ideology rather than evidence – then, that’s not justice. It’s politics. And it’s dangerous.
