In a move that sent leftists speed-dialing their psychiatrists for more Prozac, President Trump has officially rerouted Biden’s migrant comfort fund (FEMA emergency dollars) into something to actually help Americans: Florida’s Alligator Alcatraz.

Located deep in the Everglades and surrounded by nature’s finest man-eating reptiles, the new detention center isn’t exactly the Ritz – which is pretty much what FEMA dollars were funding for illegal aliens during the Biden years.

After years of burning taxpayer cash on free phones, food, and cushy hotel stays for illegal aliens, Trump just pulled the plug – and rerouted that funding straight into a new kind of housing plan: detention centers with locked doors, zero room service and an alligator and snake security system.

Critics are whining that the plan is “cruel and unusual” – which is pretty rich coming from the same crowd that rolled out the welcome mat for sex traffickers, drug dealers, child predators, and murderers at record speed.

According to a report in RedState, the detention center is a “brilliant, cost-effective detention facility in Florida’s Everglades, designed to securely hold criminal illegal immigrants with natural barriers like alligators and pythons, ensuring no escapes. It’s a bold step by Florida officials to enforce immigration laws and maintain community safety.”

And the cherry on top? Trump’s taking the same cash Democrats once blew on hotel stays for illegal aliens – and using it to lock them up instead.
