The war of words over massive government spending is hitting a fever pitch, and the latest artillery blast comes straight from Elon Musk. The tech mogul turned Trump advisor didn’t mince words on X, formerly Twitter, declaring:

“I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.”

Musk’s post set off a firestorm, prompting swift backup from Trump’s Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

The twist? This bloated spending bill actually includes major wins for Trump’s agenda—yet it also hikes the debt ceiling, again. Conservatives pretending to hate debt when it’s convenient now find themselves in a bind. Stay tuned, because this powder keg is far from defused.

Meanwhile, liberal media contortionists are out here doing Cirque du Soleil routines to avoid giving Trump credit for real-world wins. Take this head-scratcher from the Washington Post:

The mysterious drop in fentanyl seizures on the U.S.-Mexico border

The headline? “The mysterious drop in fentanyl seizures along the U.S.-Mexico border…” They call the reasons for the decline “complex.” Translation: Trump’s policies are working, and they hate it.

Instead of recognizing that border security is finally suffocating the cartels’ pipelines, the Post hand-wrings about fewer drug busts. Maybe that’s because there’s less fentanyl to bust in the first place—thanks to the America-First crackdown liberals pretended would never work.

Two issues propelled Trump to victory last year: the border and the economy. Now that both are trending red-hot in the right direction, Democrats are working overtime to smear success as failure. Enter Tom Homan, who lays it out crystal clear:

The left’s anti-ICE hysteria is off the charts. Agents are donning masks—not for COVID, but for safety—while people like Rep. Dan Goldman pearl-clutch over enforcement.

Funny, he was all-in on masking during BLM riots and lockdown theater. Hypocrisy is apparently part of the job description.

ICE Director Scott Lyons didn’t let that go unanswered, torching the narrative with a flamethrower of facts.

Democrats love to criticize ICE but refuse to confront the crisis they created. When they’re not attacking enforcement, they’re deflecting blame. Just ask Rep. Jason Crow, who tried to wave off the Boulder Molotov attack by an overstayed visa holder as “nothing to do with the border.”

Deflect. Deny. Demonize. It’s the same formula on the economy.

The left has spent months peddling doom-and-gloom scenarios about tariffs and Trump’s economic plans, hoping to spook Americans into panic. But the numbers keep proving them wrong: inflation’s cooling, jobs are booming, and industry is roaring back.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent took CBS’ Margaret Brennan to school on the issue.

As Jack Nicholson famously said: “You can’t handle the truth!”

Even Kansas Senator Roger Marshall is seeing Trump’s economic rebound firsthand.

The May 2025 JOLTS report says job openings hit 7.4 million—beating the 7.1 million forecast. Hiring rose to 5.6 million, and quits dropped to 3.19 million. Manufacturing and construction are driving the surge, showing resilience in the face of the left’s tariff hysteria.

The liberal media’s efforts to bury the Trump revival are collapsing under the weight of reality—and polling reflects it. CNN’s own pollster was visibly rattled by what he found.

Americans aren’t buying what Democrats are selling. They’re tired of being sacrificed for illegal immigrants, Ukraine hawks, and fringe radicals. They see a stronger border, a rejuvenated economy, and leadership that delivers.

While Democrats scream into the void, Trump’s making America safe, secure, and prosperous again—and even CNN can’t spin their way out of that one.
