After being impeached twice, indicted a zillion times, fined hundreds of millions of dollars, harassed, lied about, and nearly assassinated, President Donald J. Trump is done pretending politics is a gentlemen’s game. Now back in power in the Oval Office again, he’s turning the tables on the Democrats – and rightly so.

President Trump is revoking security clearances, launching investigations, and booting bureaucrats who once tried to bury him. Call it revenge, justice, or just Tuesday at Mar-a-Lago. Yes, the era of “turning the other cheek” is over.

Let’s be honest: The Democrats tried to destroy him. They tried to bankrupt him. And their riled up supporters have tried to kill him. So, yeah – if Trump’s going after his political enemies now, let’s stop pretending this is a scandal and call it what it is: self-defense with a side of righteous fury. It’s also about accountability and justice – and finally holding a corrupt political party responsible for their actions for doing whatever it takes to cling to power.

The Trump administration has been slashing security clearances like a Black Friday manager with a box cutter. Joe Biden and many members of his family, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, Alvin Bragg and more – all on the outside where they should be.

Trump’s DOJ has also opened the hood on ActBlue, the Democrats’ go-to cash funnel that allegedly turns unemployed “retirees” into maxed-out mega-donors faster than Hunter Biden can misplace a laptop. Critics whine this is political persecution. Supporters call it the long-overdue audit of a cash machine that somehow never runs out of gas – or grandma’s credit cards.

Then there’s New York AG Letitia James who had hit Trump with a massive civil judgment. Trump responded by opening the floodgates into her own real estate dealings. Hypocrisy? Maybe. But poetic justice? Absolutely.

On the military side of things, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth just fired a rogue’s gallery of woke warriors and military bureaucrats, giving the boot to everyone who thought DEI belonged on a battlefield.

And Trump’s latest move? Booting Kamala Harris’ hubby, Doug Emhoff, off of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum board.

To Trump, Democrats aren’t just wrong – they’re reckless and dangerous. After surviving assassination attempts and being targeted for destruction in many other ways since first announcing that he’s running to be president in 2016, he’s not in the mood for nuance. He’s drawing a hard line, and if you’re caught on the wrong side of it, maybe you shouldn’t have played so dirty to begin with.
