Now comes the latest jaw-dropper: House Speaker Mike Johnson just dropped a bombshell, revealing that more than 1.4 million illegal aliens are allegedly enrolled in Medicaid.

With that information in hand, Republicans are seizing the moment, throwing their weight behind what they’re calling the “One Big Beautiful Bill” – a sweeping plan to clean house and tighten up the nation’s social safety net.

So when the Democrats (including our own Democratic Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer) yell about how the bill has “devastating” cuts to Medicaid, what they’re mostly complaining about is the fact that we are no longer going to be funding the lifestyles of their illegal alien friends.

The Big Beautiful Bill, championed by former President Donald Trump, proposes significant changes to Medicaid, which include the introduction of work requirements and stricter eligibility checks.

The bill also includes penalties for states that use their own funds to provide health coverage to undocumented immigrants, potentially impacting programs in 14 states including California and New York. The horror!

Proponents argue these measures are necessary to curb fraud and ensure that benefits are reserved for the most vulnerable Americans. U.S. House Speaker Republican Mike Johnson told Jake Tapper on CNN recently, “We are not cutting Medicaid.”

Johnson went on to say, “Medicaid is not intended for non-U.S. citizens. It‘s intended for the most vulnerable populations of Americans, which is pregnant women and young single mothers, the disabled, the elderly. They are protected in what we’re doing because we‘re preserving the resources for those who need it most.”

Not only should illegal aliens NOT BE IN THE COUNTRY, they certainly shouldn’t be collecting the benefits that the rest of us have worked so hard for.

With DOGE updating the computer systems and departments that will finally be able to talk to each other, maybe, just maybe, we’ll start seeing more of this corruption exposed and addressed instead of swept under the rug.
