Former President Joe Biden (the “big guy”) certainly perfected the art of turning public service into a private fortune – while ensuring his kin live like royalty, free from pesky things like accountability or arrest warrants. In order to cover up his crimes, Biden had to absolve his family of theirs – his son, Hunter, his siblings and their spouses. The family that gets bribed together and pardoned together, stays together.

The Washington Examiner (and many other legitimate sources) have layed out the highlights (or lowlights, depending on your perspective) on Joe’s grifting: 52 years of Biden profiting off his government roles, with suspiciously lucrative payouts flowing like wine at a White House state dinner. Throw in a side hustle of taking bribes through conveniently vague “family business” arrangements, and you’ve got the makings of a Netflix crime docuseries – except this one skips the part where anyone gets punished.

Yes, the Biden clan got shiny insurance policies in the form of presidential pardons. Imagine this: you’re Hunter Biden, under scrutiny for tax fraud, foreign business deals, and possibly more shady dealings than a used car lot. No problem! Big Daddy Joe has the magic pen to keep you and the rest of the crew out of federal prison, no questions asked.

It’s the ultimate hustle for Old Man Joe. First, you rake in the cash, then conveniently label any allegations as partisan noise. And when the walls start closing in? Pardons. For everyone.

And the best part? You still get to preach about “saving democracy” and “restoring the soul of the nation” while Americans struggle with rising costs and dwindling trust in their leaders. Not that anyone is listening to what Biden has to say anymore.

Why did it take Biden so long to drop off of running to be president again? Maybe it wasn’t indecision, but deal-making with his Democrat allies that kept him hanging on. While Trump gets credit as a master negotiator, Biden seems to have his own knack – raking in millions and managing to dodge accountability for alleged corruption.

Let’s hope Congress doesn’t let those shady deals fade into the shadows. Bribes, influence-peddling, and backroom politics shouldn’t be the legacy of a vice president or president. Accountability matters, and the American people deserve answers.
