Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, made a poignant and shocking revelation about her health in a heartfelt video statement released by Kensington Palace today.

The 42-year-old royal disclosed that she is currently undergoing chemotherapy following major abdominal surgery she underwent in January, initially believed to be unrelated to cancer.
