Yes, it isn’t Hamas or Russia, China or Iran or even North Korea that we have to worry about. It’s gas appliances. Those are a serious threat to our national security – or so says the unserious tyrannical Democratic idiots running our country.
According to the Daily News, President Disaster has invoked emergency wartime powers to boost U.S. production of heat pumps to push replacement of gas appliances for the Democrats’ climate change agenda.
He’ll be dolling out $169 million to fund nine manufacturing projects using a climate bill. The grants are authorized under the emergency authority of the Cold War-era Defense Production Act (DPA).
Biden’s National Climate Advisor Ali Zaidi laughably said in a statement, “‘The President is using his wartime emergency powers under the Defense Production Act to turbocharge US manufacturing of clean technologies and strengthen our energy security.”
EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY! So say the Democrats.
Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm chimed in about the plan too and said, “Getting more American-made electric heat pumps on the market will help families and businesses save money with efficient heating and cooling technology.”
I guess, in a way, it makes sense that Biden’s using war powers because he definitely is in a war against the evil energy sources that he doesn’t approve of.
