The rising crime in America and bad economic decisions coming out of the White House and the Democrat party are to blame for Walgreens, Rite Aid and CVS pharmacies closing all over the country.

CVS is planning to close the doors of 900 of its stores by the end of 2024, about 10% of its stores, due in part to what the Daily Mail reports is “battling rampant shoplifting.”

Defunding the police and allowing criminals out without bail does not fare well for retail stores who have seen murders happening (Arizona) and stores routinely ransacked by teenagers (DC).

Walgreens will be shutting down 150 store by the summer of next year, citing slashed earnings due to plummeting demand for COVID-19 vaccines and tests. I don’t buy that one though. They were fine before the extra Covid money came around.

Walgreens has the same problem as the rest of the country – short staffing due to Biden and Democratic policies (leading to a walkout of Walgreens pharmacy staff because they say working conditions are putting patients and employees at risk) and things they have done to cause inflation to get out of control.

Rite Aid has also announced that it will close 150 of its 2,100 U.S. locations after they filed for bankruptcy. In Michigan alone, 19 Rite Aids will be closing.

All of these closures are causing what some are calling a “pharmacy desert” leaving millions without a close pharmacy to fill their prescriptions.

It’s called cause and effect. If you want Democrats in charge of policies and the government, this is what you get.
