What do you do when you have overcrowded prisons because you have too many criminals? Well, you release them of course! Actually, it sounds like a great plan for the criminals. I wonder if they figured it out themselves or got together with their “defund the police” Democrats to come up with such a great plan?

Commit more crimes, fill up the prisons, whine about equity and racism and get released. It’s pure genius.

What am I talking about? The American Wire News reports that the “first wave” of early release for hundreds of prison inmates, including murderers and rapists, has come to Alabama. Yes, more than 400 inmates are being let out of prison up to a year early due to overcrowding – because a new law allows them to finish their sentences under parole supervision.

Already on Tuesday, about 95 inmate were released. The government wanted to release more but they weren’t able to meet their statutorily-required victim notification requirements – this allows victims to have a heads-up to protect themselves (if they are still alive).

The Daily Mail reported that 29 of those being let out early are murderers and 21 are rapists.

The fact that some of these people are getting out AT ALL after raping minors and killing people, including family members, is already disgusting but letting them out early because of overcrowding is another injustice. I’m totally sure (insert sarcasm here) that the ankle monitors will stop them from committing any more crimes.

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

And watch out if you need to go to a bus station near the prison – because the criminals who don’t have anyone to pick them up when they get out of prison will be transported to local bus stations without phones or money. Gee, I wonder what they will do to get money???

According to the Daily Mail, among the lovely people getting out of prison early are Charles Dewayne Hollis, convicted in 1999 of murdering his wife just one month after they were married. He then buried her body in a shallow grave.

There’s also Cartravious Collins who shot four people (killing one of them) when he was 15. He went to prison in 2009 for manslaughter and three counts of assault. And Angela Gay Dearman who went to prison for murder in 2006 after killing her son’s karate instructor in 2003. He was found dead in his office, after succumbing to a shotgun wound in his chest. She only got a 20-year murder sentence to begin with – but now also gets the gift of getting out of prison eight months early.

Alabama State FOP President Everette Johnson told the Daily Mail that the mass release of the prisoners is causing fear and a sense of “danger” in the community.

Gee, I can’t imagine why.
