The same people who told us January 6th was an insurrection that threatened the stability of the republic are now actively undermining America by not only condoning the Supreme Court leak, but by trashing a legitimate upcoming opinion by the high court and bringing into question the very credibility of the Court itself.

This has become such a threat that the Court has erected a security fence on its perimeter to guard from insane and possibly violent assaults from prochoice fanatics.

FNC: “Workers erected a large fence around the U.S. Supreme Court building late Wednesday night, two days after Politico published a leaked draft opinion striking down the abortion precedent Roe v. Wade (1973). The same night, Justice Samuel Alito, the author of the draft, canceled a public appearance. Work crews erected ‘tall, non-scalable fencing’ around the Court…

Left-wing activist groups are planning to sent protesters to the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices following a leak indicating the court may soon overturn Roe v. Wade. They are organizing under the moniker ‘Ruth Sent Us’ and have published the supposed home addresses of Justicies Amy Coney Barrett, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch.”

Which is hilariously ironic because Ruth Bader Ginsburg herself warned that Roe may prove “unstable.” She said that, rather than working with states to come to a compromise on abortion, the court decided to “fashion a regime blanketing the subject, a set of rules that displaced virtually every state law then in force.” As so many even prochoice legal scholars admit, Roe may be ideological catnip to some, but it is very bad law.

The leak in of itself is dangerous because it upends the working relationship of the Justices as they come to opinions. The left wing mole who leaked the unfinished opinion will be found and hopefully horse whipped. But the damage to the system will take long to repair.

Meanwhile, MSNBC political analyst Juanita Toliver said. “And honestly, at this point, I think we’re all right to question the legitimacy of the court for doing that, for ignoring decades of precedent.”

“We need to be focusing on the legitimacy of the court itself,” Slate’s Dahlia Lithwick similarly barked. “Well, for the Supreme Court, in a word—illegitimacy,” Joe Scarborough said, following the script.

“If you had any reservations about the system’s capacity to deliver justice, they have just been affirmed,” writer Jon Meacham said. And the pop culture is following orders, “Decisions about what you can do with your body are now being made by four old dudes and a woman who thinks The Handmaids Tale is a romantic comedy,” CBS late night host Stephen Colbert bellowed to a slobbering crowd.

So what we’re seeing here in the leak and liberal rhetorical assault is an actual insurrection against the legitimacy of one of the three branches of government. This is much worse than the January 6th riot, as it strikes at the heart of the Constitution and our political system. It shows in a glaring light that the left has no commitment to our system or to representative democracy as outlined by the Founders. The only thing they are interested in is raw brute power.
