In their never-ending pursuit to brainwash and control the children and young adults in our country, the democrats have to make sure that they have the right people in place to teach those students.

God forbid the teachers teach their students lessons about actual history, government, real science, the racist past of the democrats or talk about equality instead of equity.

Nope, that can’t be allowed.

So 500 school districts across the country are using what’s being called “cultural competency” screening to find out about applicant’s political beliefs and how they intend to teach gender diversity and democrat “anti-racist” teachings in their classes every day.

But, hey, that’s just me. I wouldn’t work for racist leftist nazis so I would never show up at the interview to begin with.

The teaching-hiring software, Nimble, is being used to collect the applicants responses to the schools’ judgmental questions so they can filter out any independent thinkers or republicans.

It’s no wonder why so many parents have chosen homeschooling.

And it’s not just because of the pandemic.
