Remember the homeowners, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who protected themselves, their property and their dog when hundreds of protesters went on their private street in St. Louis after breaking through the gate?

The McCloskey’s grabbed their firearms and stood outside of their home when the criminals marched by. Yes, criminals. It’s called trespassing. And breaking and entering.

So what happened with any criminal charges? 

Well, the McCloskey’s got charged, of course. They got charged with unlawful use of a weapon by democratic St. Louis Prosecutor Kim Gardner. 

Gardner was elected in 2016 with George Soros money on a platform of “reforming” the criminal justice system. We all know what that means. 

In addition to doing what she can to help out the criminals, Gardner has also faced lawsuits for ignoring public records requests. Basically, she’s your typical progressive democrat.

So are any of the protesters who trespassed in the McCloskey’s Portland Place gated community being charged for THEIR crimes? 

Well, of course not. 

There were summons issued for nine of them. Nine people out of hundreds, WOW. However City Counselor, Michael Garvin, said that “prosecution is not warranted.”

Garvin said he reviewed the evidence and conducted interviews and the residents (trustees) of the Portland Place community don’t want to press trespassing charges. 

They probably don’t want to be sitting ducks. Targets. They’re not exactly confident that the city has their backs. There are hundreds of the protesters out there that can come back and go after them.

The charges against the McCloskeys, as you would expect, are still pending.

All across the country, democratic AntifaBLM criminals are getting away with all kinds of crimes that they aren’t arrested for, they aren’t prosecuted for and their bail is being paid (if they have any bail at all) by democratic supporters.

Yes, the democrats in charge of the laws could care less about criminals who are marching for racial justice.

Small crimes, big crimes, arson, murder, whatever. Just not a priority. The “justice” these democrats want is justice for criminals.

And of course, Biden is no help. In the debate with President Trump, he doesn’t even acknowledge that Antifa exists. He called them an “idea.”

Well, you can’t charge an “idea” with a crime so I guess his justice department won’t be going after them for any of their terrorist acts.

Sounds like a winning strategy to win the presidency. Is it any wonder why Biden doesn’t have any law enforcement organizations supporting his run to be president?
