You’d think Democrats would have learned their lesson after they got their head handed to them in the Nick Sandmann affair. But such is their lust to take advantage of kids…for political reasons, that they used 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse in a Biden ad without his permission. Now, Rittenhouse lawyers are suing.

An attorney for Kenosha hero Kyle Rittenhouse Wednesday announced plans to sue Biden and his campaign for libel after Biden shared a video after the recent presidential debate that suggests the teenager is a white supremacist. That’s right Joe, only a white supremacist would defend himself against armed attackers in the middle of a Marxist riot. Yup, makes perfect sense, you Howdy Doody putz.

Lin Wood, Rittenhouse’s civil attorney, confirmed his intention of suing the former vice president and his campaign for the insinuation, already known to be false, that Rittenhouse is a racist like Biden’s Black Lives Matter allies. The video was part of a larger attack on the president.

What’s the specific issue? Roughly 12 seconds into the Biden campaign video the spot cuts to an image of Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse, as is known to anyone with a mental level above mollusk, was defending himself against Bolshevik terrorists. But oh no, Biden thinks he’s John Dillinger.

Rittenhouse even tried to offer medical help to injured people before he was “accosted by multiple rioters,” leading him to open fire in defense. Lin Wood knows this and will make Biden pay.

“He (Biden) falsely accused a 17-year old boy & prejudiced Kyle’s legal rights,” Wood wrote in one of a series of tweets. By the way, Lin Wood was also Nick Sandmann’s lawyer. Ringing a bell, Joe?

Not exactly a raging center of conservative orthodoxy, the Anti-Defamation League examined Rittenhouse’s social media record and found no sign that he was associated with any extremist movements. None, zilch, nada.

However, look at the social media record of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. There you will find overt association with Black Lives Matter racists, Antifa terrorists, socialist thugs, Marxist scum, and all manner of ideological refuse.

But then, Democrats love taking advantage of children. Whether it’s lowering the age of consent in California to encourage pederasty, inviting drag queens into a kindergarten story time, or pushing to hand out condoms in junior high schools, the Democrat passion for involving children in inappropriate activity is a curious thing. Well, perhaps not.

It is also part and parcel of the desperation of the Biden campaign, that a video unfairly targeting a young man is their only takeaway from the recent presidential debate in Cleveland. 90 minutes of to and lots of fro and afterwards the Biden team says, “Meh. Nothing here. Guess we should just hit the kid.” But given Lin Wood’s track record in the Sandmann case, this is one kid they should have left alone.
