Obama looked very stressed, very old, and very tired during John Lewis’s funeral.
And he turned the funeral into a political sideshow…it felt forced, desperate, and Obama looked and sounded worried.
Well, we may know why.

Turns out that William Barr has a second prosecutor digging into Obama’s dirty deeds. His name is John Bash and he’s the U.S. Attorney out of Texas and he’s tasked with scrutinizing Obama-era officials who sought to identify anonymized names in government documents that turned out to be people connected to then-President-elect Trump.
In an interview with Fox News’s Sean Hannity, Justice Department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said the attorney general had tasked John Bash, the U.S. attorney in the Western District of Texas, to examine the practice of “unmasking,” which many Republicans charge was abused by the previous administration to unfairly target people close to Trump.
“The attorney general determined that certain aspects of unmasking needed to be reviewed,” Kupec said. “We know that unmasking inherently isn’t wrong, but . . . can be problematic.”
Bash’s review is an offshoot of an investigation underway by U.S. Attorney of Connecticut John Durham, who was tapped by Barr to investigate the origins of the 2016 election interference probe that has overshadowed Trump’s presidency. Like Trump, Barr has been sharply critical of the 2016 investigation, which centered on the question of whether Trump’s campaign coordinated with Russia to influence the election’s outcome, and he has said the Durham investigation could produce some results in late spring or early summer.
And there’s a new development in this “side” investigation.
Investigative reporter Paul Sperry is reporting that Bash is now looking into Obama queries related to the NSA “upstream collections” all the way back to 2015.
That’s when Obama was using the NSA to collect data on private U.S. citizens, which was then used by the FBI.
Seems like puzzle pieces are coming together, right?
DEVELOPING: Sources say special prosecutor Bash is looking @ Obama admin's "to/from/about" queries related to NSA's upstream collections of FISA Sec 702 data going back to 2015 & earlier, which include collections involving US citizens & the use of that raw data by FBI contractors

It’s also interesting to note that Barr made it very clear that Durham would not be focusing his investigation on Obama or Biden…But he didn’t say anything about Bash, did he?
The reporters over at The Last Refuge also pointed chimed in on Mr. Sperry’s tweet, citing that he isn’t wrong, but also as I mentioned above, this “side investigation” definitely loops back to the more talked-about one by John Durham.
**ahem** 👇 He's not wrong; However, perhaps the most important part, this is a small ancillary aspect (parallel investigation), when contrast against a much larger current series of real-time ongoing events. https://t.co/amOE3QQPyj

While I still believe that Obama is too big to fall, and there’s a line of defense in front of him that will go down 100 times before anything even got near Obama, I think he’s worried about the political blowback that this will have on his administration and thus tarnish his (absurd) “scandal-free” claims.

Because let’s face it, he really did look nervous and stressed at that funeral.
