Hollywood star Rebel Wilson just looked unrecognizable as she showed off her massive weight loss transformation in an Instagram photo.

Fox News reported that the 40 year-old Australian actress is on a mission to lose roughly 165 pounds before 2020 is done. She’s been documenting her experience on social media as she changes her diet and exercises more.

On Saturday, Wilson posted a photo of herself wearing a bright yellow sundress that she had worn to attend a friend’s wedding.

“Hottest day of the year x Hair & photo,” she captioned the photo.

In her quest to get health, Wilson has been working with personal trainer Jono Castano, who recently gave some insight into how the Pitch Perfect actress is achieving such milestone goals.

“And obviously results speak so much, when you get someone amazing results – you know, we talk about Rebel – a lot of people see that and they see the quality of work,” Castano told Yahoo! Lifestyle.

He added that his tips include focusing on nutrition, working out five days a week, balancing “supplementation and multivitamins” and “recovering well, this includes stretching, sleeping well, making sure you’re not stressed, etc.” As for exercise, Castano said that he’s been working on heavy lifting with Wilson as well as high-intensity workouts.

Wilson had revealed back in January that she was embarking on a “Year Of Health,” with her goal being to lose 75kg, which is roughly 165 pounds. In May, Wilson took to Instagram to discuss the progress she has made in a candid post.

“Even if you have to crawl towards your goals, keep going it will be worth it,” she began. “Try and give a little bit of effort each day…I know some days are frustrating as hell, you feel like giving up, you get annoyed at the lack of progress…but good things are coming your way.”

“I’ll be honest with you guys – with my ‘Year of Health’ mission I’m trying to get to 75kg’s and career wise am trying to get one of my movies into production before the end of the year!” Wilson added. “Both of these things are requiring a daily effort and there’s constant set backs — but I’m working hard.”
