Fans of Mariah Carey are in shock today after the iconic singer’s estranged sister filed a lawsuit against their mother claiming that she was forced to endure Satanic sexual abuse as a child at the hands of multiple men.

In court papers obtained by Fox News, Alison Carey accused Patricia Carey of allowing her to be sexually abused when she was 10 years-old. In a summons filed with the New York Supreme Court, the 57 year-old Alison alleged that her mother allowed and encouraged multiple men to engage in sexual acts such as forcible touching and sexual assault in the first degree.

Alison claimed that the abuse took place at “middle-of-the-night satanic worship meetings that included ritual sacrifices.”

“As a result of the above Plaintiff has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and major depression, leading her to misuse both legal and illegal drugs in an attempt to suppress the horrific memories, and to undergo extensive professional counseling,” the summons stated.

The court documents go on to state that Alison wants to collect money for “immense psychological and physical damage, mental pain and anguish and intentional infliction of severe emotional distress.”

Neither Mariah Carey nor her mother Patricia have issued a response to the filing. If Patricia does not respond to the summons within the next 20 days, however, she will be on the hook for $5 million, plus statutory interest, fees and other costs associated with the court proceedings.

This comes after Alison was arrested for prostitution in the town of Saugerties in upstate New York. She was caught after trying to solicit sex from an undercover police officer posing as a possible client. Upon her arrest, Alison immediately identified herself as Mariah’s sister, and she was using only lyrics from the Mariah Carey song “Fantasy” to advertise her services.

“I’m a pretty lady looking for guys who are looking to have some fun and get into a world of pleasure that other woman just can’t provide to you,” her ad stated. “Woman with the ability to make the earth move for you and to get you to see stars. Oh, yeah, with me its, ‘It’s such a sweet, sweet fantasy, baby. When I close my eyes, I come and take you on and on.’”

Later that year, Alison posted a video to the internet begging Mariah for help and asking her to end whatever rift had happened between them.

“Mariah, I love you. I desperately need your help,” Alison said in the video. “Please don’t abandon me like this.”

At the time, a rep for the singer responded by saying that she has spent “hundreds of thousands of dollars supporting Alison and her children.”
