What’s happening in this country right now with the communist left. is scary.
It’s scary to think that people who live here hate who we are and what we’re founded on so much, that they want to turn us into a communist hell hole.
But it’s not just scary for Americans – it’s scary for the world to watch because we’re a beacon of hope to everyone. We’re strong and capable, and a place where dreams are made, and the entire world is watching as all of that goes up in smoke, or gets toppled over like so many of the statues we see crashing to the ground.

As this woman from Venezuela says – that’s how it starts – with removing the statues and people make excuses for it. and don’t think that really matters…but it does, because everything has to start somewhere and if we don’t stop it now, it will grow bigger and bigger and more out of control.
This woman is begging and pleading with Americans to “wake up.” She says that Cuba tried to warn Venezuela, but they didn’t listen…and look what happened to them.
She hopes and prays we will not make that same mistake.
So do I…
A woman who said she is from Venezuela posted a video amid the insanity gripping American streets, where even statutes of Union generals who led the fight to free the slaves isn’t safe.
“Why do I even worry about some silly little statue coming down? Or some silly little street names changing? Why do I even care?” she asked.
“It’s because the last time I didn’t care,” the woman then said, answering her own question. “The last time, I didn’t care about this as a teenager — I have already lived through these things when I was living in Venezuela.”
She then detailed the changes she witnessed as a teen.
“Statutes came down, [Hugo] Chavez didn’t want that history this way. And then he changed the street names, then came the [school] curriculum. And then some movies couldn’t be shown on TV channels, and so on and so forth,” she said.
Talking to Americans, the woman pointed out that she has heard it said that these things can’t happen here.
“But always been on guard, never believe that something can’t happen to you,” she cautioned. “You need to guard your country, your society, or it will be destroyed.”
Having seen what socialism has done to Venezuela, once the richest country in South America, she knows of what she speaks.
“We didn’t believe it could happen to us, we Venezuelans,” she said. “Cubans warned us, and we were like, ‘We know what freedom is like, that’s not going to happen here.’”
“Yet, it happened,” she concluded.
The video ends with her warning that there are plenty of people “wanting to destroy the U.S. of A.”

We do need to wake up and get our heads fully in this game. There are people – our fellow Americans – who want to destroy the very fabric of our existence. This isn’t a game and it won’t just magically go away…But most of all…we’re not too big or too great to fall.
