Things have just gotten even worse for stylist Jessica Mulroney, as sources are confirming that Meghan Markle has “distanced herself” from her in the wake of her “white privilege” scandal that saw her threaten black fashion influencer Sasha Exeter.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that Meghan has been reevaluating her friendship with Mulroney after the stylist “took offense” to Exeter’s call to action for the Black Lives Matter movement and proceeded to use her “textbook white privilege” to send her a “threat in writing” about taking legal action against her.

“She’s distanced herself from Jessica because the comments were unacceptable and offensive,” the source said. “[Meghan’s friends have been] concerned for some time that Jessica has been profiting from her relationship with Meghan and using it to further her brand. That’s something [Prince] William and Harry have never accepted with any of their friends.”

However, the source made sure to add that reports that Meghan has completely cut off Mulroney are not true.

“Jessica made an error in judgment which was regrettable and for which she has apologized and made a vow to step back and learn from her insensitivity,” the source explained. “Regardless, Jessica has been a source of strength for Meghan in the past during some of her most difficult times. She even watched over [Markle’s son] Archie.”

The insider concluded by saying that Meghan is solely focused on educating herself on social justice and racial equality.

“For now, she is focusing on projects and issues that are important to her including the development of the couple’s foundation and listening and learning from community leaders about social justice and equality,” the source said.

Mulroney has since issued a public apology to Exeter for what she did to her.

“She rightfully called me out for not doing enough when it came to engaging in the important and difficult conversation around race and injustice in our society,” she said of Exeter. “I took it personally and that was wrong. I know I need to do better. Those of us with a platform must use it to speak out.”

This apology, however, was not enough to save Mulroney’s jobs, as she was fired from her gig on “Good Morning America” and had her reality show “I Do, Redo” cancelled due to the scandal.
