Black Lives Matter, the radical black racist group, has filed a suit in DC court claiming President Donald Trump and U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr used “tear gas” to quell a crowd outside the White House on Monday night before the president walked over to burned-out St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Just one thing, it never happened and even Nancy Pelosi backs up the president.

“This case is about the President and Attorney General of the United States ordering the use of violence against peaceful demonstrators who were speaking out against discriminatory police brutality targeted at Black people,” said the complaint, filed in federal court in Washington, DC.

They are being represented by the American Civil Liberties Union of DC and the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) admitted to MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Wednesday that authorities might not have used tear gas after all, as the media and former Vice President Joe Biden had claimed earlier in the week: “Maybe they didn’t have tear gas, I don’t know,” Pelosi admitted.

Biden had previously said, “When peaceful protestors dispersed in order for a president, a president from the doorstep of the people’s house, the White House, using tear gas and flash grenades in order to stage a photo-op at one of the most historic churches in the country or at least in Washington, DC, we can be forgiven for believing the president is more interested in power than in principle.” As with much regarding Joe Biden, it was flat out wrong.

The actual story, according to reliable witnesses including the U.S. Park Police (USPP), states that at approximately 6:33 p.m., violent rioters on H Street NW began throwing projectiles including bricks, frozen water bottles and caustic liquids.

The rioters also climbed onto a historic building at the north end of Lafayette Park that was destroyed by arson days prior.

Intelligence had revealed calls for violence against the police, and officers found caches of glass bottles, baseball bats and metal poles hidden along the street. Again we ask, who put them there?

As many of the rioters became more combative, continued to throw projectiles, and attempted to grab officers’ weapons, police then employed the use of smoke canisters and pepper balls.

The crowd then started to disperse, many claiming they were injured and sick by the deployment of tear gas.

They gave their accounts of being sprayed with tear gas to eager reporters.

However, no tear gas was used by USPP officers or other assisting law enforcement partners to close the area at Lafayette Park. None. And as an Army vet who has been through the CS gas hut in Basic Training I can tell you, if you get hit with tear gas you know it.

The videos from the riot clearly did not show anyone who had been tear gassed. Yes, the pepper balls will do a number on you. But, not like tear gas.

This lawsuit by Black Lives Matter is mostly a fundraising ploy to get guilty and masochistic white liberals to give cash to the putrid cause. Many will pat themselves on the back for being so enlightened. That it never happened won’t matter to them at all.

Such is their relationship with empirical evidence and objective reality.
