He’s so full of it. He thinks nobody knows the difference between the CDC and CMS. CMS Governs the reimbursement for Medicare costs, NOT the treatment policy. The CMS memo merely allowed nursing homes to get reimbursement for Medicare patients admitted to homes after CoVID treatment if, and only if, they take certain precautions. CDC policy gave recommendations for how to handle those patients.

Now we know he was lying. He DID NOT require nursing homes to admit COVID patients according to CDC guidelines safely. He just allowed greedy nursing home executives to collect money if they continue to admit Medicare patients. Now he’s conveniently allowing them to escape liability after they donated a ton of money to his campaign. Truly sickening.

He would have sent SWAT to seize the premises and arrest the managers and owners for admitting they were incapable of a state-mandated minimum level of care. To say nothing of being forbidden to test patients to find out if they were covid patients or not.

Everything this guy knows, he learned from Hillary Clinton. Never admit to any of your mistakes or stupidity, and always blame someone else, even if you know damn good and well that you are the guilty one!
